This is World Day of the Sick and was begun by Pope John Paul II as a way for believers to offer prayers for those suffering from illnesses. Prayers and Anointing of the Sick will be offered. The day coincides with the commemoration of Our Lady of Lourdes.
Men's Retreat: A Day of Recollection with Fr. Ramos will be held on Saturday, March 9th at Mariapolis Luminosa, Hyde Park. Retreat begins at 9:00 am and will close with Mass at 4:00 pm. The Wild Goose Series will be offered on Monday evenings January 28th through February 25th at 7:00 pm in the Parish Center. This series encourages us to get to know the Holy Spirit on a deeper level. It also gives us an opportunity to explore our faith with our fellow parishioners. All are welcome! The 2019 Winter Whirl will take place on Saturday, February 9th at the St. Christopher's Gym, 30 Benner Rd. Enjoy a homemade dinner, dessert by Taste Budd's, & music by the "Basement Boys". The 46th annual March for Life in Washington D.C. is on Friday, January 18th. The bus will leave St. Mary's/Kingston Catholic at 12:05 am.
